I have worked with adults encountering anxiety and depression, relationship difficulties, problems at work, disordered eating, family issues, and pain around identity and loss.
Before we begin working together, I offer an initial consultation lasting an hour. This is chargeable but with no obligation to begin regular sessions. It is an opportunity for us to explore what you are looking for from therapy and whether we would be a good working fit.
