I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist. I have experience working with a diverse range of mental health concerns varying in complexity and severity such as: Trauma, Post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Acute Stress Disorder (ASD), Depression, Anxiety disorders, OCD, Bereavement, Life Transitions, Relationship Difficulties and Loss.
I view therapy as a collaborative process whereby my position is to facilitate your journey, to develop a meaningful understanding of your world, your current distress, to engage with your challenges, and to support growth to live a rich and meaningful life. You will be encouraged to have an active participation in therapy, taking a pace which suits you.
