Hello, my name is Beverley J Weston and I'm the Founder Director of Aya Training & Development (ATD); a group private practice made up of a team of qualified associate intercultural therapists. We are dedicated to offering a culturally sensitive trauma informed approach to talking therapy for individuals, groups & couples aged 18 & over. We offer compassionate and inclusive spaces for you to explore your well-being concerns, with a particular focus on depression, anxiety, bereavement, PTSD / C-PTSD domestic abuse, racial-cultural identity, childhood trauma, sexual assault & racial trauma.
Our intercultural psychotherapy approach considers culture, ethnicity, identity and spirituality as fundamental aspects for all users of the service. We work with various issues including complex grief & loss, stress & burn-out, sexual trauma, dissociative behaviours, faith based or spirituality challenges and much more.
