Announcement icon I am offering face to face (covid-19 risk assessed) appointments as well as online and telephone sessions.
I am a Clinical Psychologist and a Mum. I specialise in working with children, teens and families. I know how it feels when you are worried or concerned about your child's well-being. You want to understand and address the issue, to make things better for them and your family. You can find you struggle to find and access the support you need in a timely manner. I aim to run my practice without a waiting list so you can access psychological understanding and help when you need it. I also offer specialist services for adults looking to understand and manage the impact of trauma.
I use my psychological knowledge and skills to plan interventions for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, complex trauma and attachment difficulties, difficulties regulating emotions such as anger or upset, avoidance and refusal behaviours. I tailor intervention plans to meet the needs of the people I work with.
I offer a free initial phone call to start the process of working together to understand what is going on and making a difference. You can book this call in today on my website. On the website you can also find more information about me and the services I offer. If you think I could be the person to help have a look and book in a time for your free call.
