You might find yourself overthinking interactions or noticing that, even when life appears “fine” on the outside, something still doesn’t feel right underneath. I offer a calm, confidential space where you don’t have to hold everything together. Together, we can begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels manageable, without needing to have everything all figured out beforehand.

Before training as a therapist, I worked in the arts in the UK and abroad. This continues to inform my sensitivity to identity, creativity, and the experience of change, transition, and uncertainty in life.

I often work with people who appear to be coping outwardly but feel anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted underneath. This can include self-doubt, repeating relational patterns, or a sense of not quite feeling like yourself.
