I am an experienced therapist with specialities that include relationship and psychosexual therapy. I have worked for over 17yrs in private practice as well as in organisations such as Relate. I have a real passion for the work I do and I’m committed towards helping clients to work through their difficulties in a safe and non-judgemental environment. I understand we all have to face challenging moments in life, and so I provide a space for you to work through these challenges and find healthy ways and practical tools to change or manage them.
My role in the therapy room is to work with you through the situations that are affecting you or your relationships. For many people these can include anxiety, depression, difficulties within family or romantic relationships, difficulties forming relationships, current life challenges or past life situations that may still be impacting.
I also specialise in working with clients who struggle with sexual dysfunctions. The work I do as a psychosexual therapist is specifically tailored to help individuals or couples to manage sexual difficulties they may have developed.
