I am a trans feminine therapist with experience of working with issues such as anxiety, depression, anger management, trauma and LGBT+ issues. I can help you to overcome your problems in a friendly, accepting and non-judgemental environment. I have been practising as a therapist for ten years and am accredited with BACP.
I am an integrative therapist and have experience of using approaches including person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, compassion focused therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. I believe that there is no one size fits all approach to emotional problems and adapt my approach for each client
We all need help during difficult times. A lot of people feel anxious, unhappy, overwhelmed or stressed out at some point and find that they need a bit of support. Coming to therapy allows you to talk over your problems and to work out how you can make the changes that you would like to see in your life.
