I’m a neurodivergent, queer and trans therapist. I know what it’s like to feel anxious, overwhelmed, low or just plain exhausted by trying to exist in a world that isn’t designed with us in mind. The things that affect you often affect me too — I don’t sit above you as “the expert.” Instead, I bring my own lived experience alongside my training and tools as a therapist.
My style is relaxed and friendly, with space for humour and honesty as much as gentleness. If you’ve ever felt like you have to explain yourself or translate your experience, this is a space where you don’t have to.
Life can be a lot. Anxiety, stress, depression, low self-worth, or the weight of being misunderstood can build up until it feels impossible to cope. Therapy gives you a space to slow down, breathe, and talk things through with someone who gets it.
Together we can explore what’s going on for you, untangle the mess, and find ways forward.
There’s no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to therapy. I draw on different approaches — person-centred, CBT, ACT — but the most important part is finding what works for you. The heart of my work is supporting queer and neurodivergent people to survive (and hopefully thrive) in a world that isn’t always kind or accommodating.
