As an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist your treatment plan will be specific to you, the positive relationship we build is key, and I use a blend of developmental theory from attachment, poly-vagal, transactional analysis and Gestalt therapy. I am creative, and dynamic in my approach, which is helpful if you get "stuck" with your thinking/feelings.
