I have worked in a wide range of settings, including NHS Wellbeing Services and can offer an empathetic and confidential service, tailored to your individual goals and needs.
I have experience of working with a range of different disorders, including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Social phobia, PTSD, Trauma and Panic disorder. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Sometimes it can be hard to take steps to initiate change and to reach out asking for help, but it is never the wrong thing to do.
