Hi, I’m Aurora, a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 20 years’ experience supporting people through difficult life experiences. Additionally, I have more than five years’ experience working therapeutically with individuals affected by general anxiety disorder (GAD), complex trauma and emotional overwhelm.
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. Together we can begin to understand what you’re experiencing and work towards creating the life you want to live.
I offer in-person counselling in the Stratford-upon-Avon area, as well as online and phone sessions. Prefer to talk from the comfort of your own home? Remote counselling allows you to access support from wherever you feel most at ease — safe, flexible, and convenient.
As well as traditional counselling sessions, I also offer walk and talk therapy in nature.
Reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially if you’re used to coping alone. But you don’t have to face everything by yourself.
