My approach is integrative and intuitive, drawing on a blend of counselling, coaching, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) and hypnosis to create a space that is uniquely tailored to you. I believe that each person’s healing journey is deeply personal, and together we will explore what works best for you—whether that’s through talking therapy, subconscious exploration, or gentle transformational techniques.
I have a particular passion for working with the subconscious mind and belief systems, helping clients uncover and transform the deeper patterns that may be holding them back.
Additionally, I have specialised in supporting clients through grief, bereavement, and loss—helping them navigate some of life’s most painful transitions with understanding
