As an experienced art psychotherapist and artist, I specialise in working creatively and collaboratively with clients with a broad range of mental health challenges and neurodivergent experiences. My clinical practice integrates Jungian psychology with psychodynamic and systemic approaches, underpinned by current neuroscience research. I have led a well-established private practice for six years and bring over a decade of experience across the NHS, schools, charities, and hospital settings.
I offer online individual sessions for adults and children aged 6+, alongside systemic (family) and dyadic (parent–child) support.
