How these issues and difficult feelings manifest in people's lives are unique and so 'reasons' may be identified as problems or difficulties with: addictions; work; intimate or family relationships; children and parenting; personal or spiritual identity, or something existential. Therapy offers to solute and salve these issues.
The therapy I offer is nurturing, spacious, connected, and we tune into what is truly present for you and your circumstance. I work at depth and with you at your pace, I often work with women and men long term over several years. I can offer this work online, in the consulting room, and outdoors with the other than human natural world.
