A journey towards a greater sense of connection, integration and wholeness.
My approach is Jungian inspired and attachment based, recognising the vital importance of our earliest relational experiences on how we are today. Alongside talk therapy, I have developed 'Kitchen Therapy' that uses our personal relationship with food, cooking and eating to help understand and explore our inner world in a lively, fresh and practical space.
Being able to work in the therapeutic field fulfils my vocation, and I'm passionate about developing my knowledge and skill base. I'm therefore able to cater my approach to meet your individual needs.
