Our Collective group of experienced therapists supports adults who feel overwhelmed in relationships, struggle with anxiety, trauma, or patterns rooted in attachment. Many come to us feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure why they react the way they do. Our team of attachment-focused and trauma-informed therapists offers a safe, compassionate space to explore these patterns, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating. Together, we help clients move toward greater emotional stability, resilience, and more secure, fulfilling relationships. Do contact us for further info and availability.
Our Team
Do you ever feel overwhelmed by your thoughts and emotions? It can sometimes feel as though things spiral before we even realise what's happening. You don't have to navigate this alone. Reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, but I aim to make that first step as easy and gentle as possible, and I will always respond to enquiries quickly.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. I can help you understand your own unique world, become more attuned to your internal dialogue, and move towards more secure and meaningful connections in your life. Therapy becomes a place of safety, hope, understanding, and real change.

One of the reasons I became a counsellor is because I’ve had my own mental health struggles in the past and I’ve watched family members grapple with challenging mental health conditions. I realise the path through is individual to each of us but having someone in your corner who listens and cares without judgment can make all the difference.
Many of my clients are navigating life changes, relationship breakdown, school or work pressures, family issues and have a growing realisation that something has to change. I work with a broad range of individuals and warmly welcome neurodivergent clients and people from LGBTQIA communities.

Is your mind full of negative or racing thoughts? Low mood, anxiety, low self esteem? Feeling lost or simply stuck? Maybe it all feels like too much at the moment.
We live in a world full of anxiety, uncertainty and unrelenting pressure. Therapy is a space for you to be accepted where you are at; to breathe out and lay down the burdens. All feelings and experiences are welcome here, the positive ones and the ones that hinder your wellbeing.
I would love to support you on your journey; help you feel more content, develop a kinder inner voice and to become more confident in navigating the challenges life throws at all of us

I'm an experienced psychotherapist working with relationship and attachment issues, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. Clients that begin to work with me often do so because they find that their feelings, thoughts or symptoms have begun to affect areas of functioning in life; they find that coping mechanisms that have been helpful in the past are beginning to work less effectively.
My attachment-based approach means that I am interested in your past - our early relationships determine how we connect with others as adults, how we view ourselves, and how we regulate ourselves.

I specialise in a person-centred modality of counselling, which means the sessions are led by you. Whatever you are finding challenging I aim to offer a safe neutral space for you to talk about what ever you feel is important too you. I work online by Zoom, I also offer walk & talk in the beautiful nature of Macclesfield Cheshire. Walk and talk therapy has many beneficial aspects and suits a more relaxed environment.
