I can help you get to the root of your struggles and create profound shifts with a blend of powerful modalities such as inner child work, parts work (IFS/Voice Dialogue), belief transformation and embodiment practices. I have a holistic mind-body-soul approach to each client and work in a way that is both compassionate and empowering.
