Play Therapy can help support social, emotional and behaviour difficulties and also children who are struggling with confused and upsetting experiences. Difficulties that can be supported through Play Therapy include anger, phobias, friendships, concentration, loss and bereavement, anxiety, parental separation, trauma, sibling rivalry, hyperactivity, behavioural issues, emotional literacy and many others. Through the support of the therapist, play can help a child achieve their full potential. You can contact me to arrange a free consultation in which your child's difficulties can be discussed and therapeutic goals agreed.

As a Play Therapist I will help to promote healing and facilitate the expression of your child's emotions through the use of the therapy toolkit. Over many years of practice I have worked with children/young people and also supported family members. I have also worked with and supported foster families and adoptive families.

Most children face challenges at some point in their life and as a parent/carer it can be a worrying time. If you believe that your child is unhappy or behaving in ways that may be difficult to understand it may be that a little outside support is needed. Sometimes carers/parents also need support and I am here to provide that also.
