I will work collaboratively with you to address any current problems you are facing and together we may also work though any unresolved issues from the past. I will draw upon a range of different therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) depending on your individual needs and circumstances.
In addition to running a successful Private Practice, I worked within the NHS at a Hospital and GP Surgery. Many of the people I help are referred via word of mouth. I also counsel a large number of Government workers. I have a wealth of experience covering a wide range of issues.
