My name is Asni and I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I have 17 years experience of supporting people to overcome psychological difficulties within the NHS and private sector. I have undergone extensive additional training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and am also qualified in Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). I have a specialist interest in working with disordered eating. I am trained in CBT-E; the leading evidence based treatment for eating disorders and am a Certified Intuitive Eating counsellor.
