The idea of seeking counselling or psychotherapy can feel like a daunting prospect. However, sometimes we can face struggles in life that seem too difficult to cope with alone. My personal philosophy is that we are all complex unique individuals with our own needs, but sometimes these needs get distorted as we try to fit in and be accepted by others, or we simply become lost in the "busy-ness" of our lives.
I am a highly experienced BACP Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 15 years experience working with a wide range of clients and their issues.
I have a natural ability to empathise with my clients. I believe that given the right conditions and support we have the potential not only to survive the problems of our lives, but to learn to grow and flourish as human beings. I also believe people have the right to explore who they truly are.
I offer an empathic, respectful space to do this safely and without judgement - a place where you feel listened to and where you can become involved in understanding more of what is happening to you. Our sessions will give you time and space to explore difficult feelings in an environment that is confidential and free from intrusion.
