Hi, my name is Ashley Pollock, an accredited CBT therapist & counsellor with experience in successfully treating a wide range of presenting difficulties. I specialise in working with children and young people. I have recently worked to help people with anxiety, ADHD, autism, bullying, depression, grief & loss, internet addiction, low self-esteem, personal boundaries, OCD, self-harm, self-worth, social anxiety and relationship difficulties. I welcome members of the LGBTQIA+ community and am respectful and non-judgemental. I will kindly explore any difficulties you wish to discuss.
I first started working with a large charity for adults and children with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, and I gained a lot of skills treating a wide range of presenting issues. For the past three years I have been working for a major mental health provider. I now specialise in cognitive behavioural, compassion focused and child therapy.
