Hi, My Name is Ashley, I have experience of working therapeutically with people who bring a broad range of personal difficulties within a variety of settings and organisations. some of these difficulties include: trauma, anxiety, depression, dealing with anger, Anxiety, panic, relationship difficulties, working to understand sexuality and identity to name just a few.I am a registered member of BACP and strive to offer a professional service in line with their ethical framework.
My way of working involves a blend of various approaches to counselling meaning that I am able to meet the needs of each individual client that I work with. I strongly believe that every person’s experience of therapy should, like you, be unique.
