I am a qualified, experienced Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience in a wide range of issues from depression, stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, anger and bereavement.
I work with adults on a one to one basis taking a Psychodynamic approach which recognises that present difficulties may stem from earlier life experiences. In addition to this approach I also work within an Integrative model which includes aspects of Systemic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I offer long and short-term therapy.
I understand that taking that first step towards receiving help can often be daunting and difficult. Counselling could help you understand the problems you are going through and help you work with them in a more constructive way. I offer counselling in a confidential, non-judgemental and safe environment.
