I am a qualified Counsellor who believes that the therapeutic relationship is essential to creating safety, where you can explore your feelings, and reflect on your thoughts, and it would be an honour to walk beside you on your journey.
I offer both individual and couples/family counselling and can offer different times/ durations to suit your needs.
My work is underpinned by the BACP ethical framework to ensure safe and ethical practice and although people come to counselling for various different reasons, I believe that by offering a safe and confidential space, to empathetically support reflection and increased awareness, we can truly help facilitate healing, change and growth.
