Sometimes life can feel tough. Whether you are feeling anxious, alone, disempowered or vulnerable, finding it hard to manage or come to terms with something in your life, or struggling with a past trauma – I am committed to helping you explore and make sense of your experiences with the aim of finding a way to experience life differently. Whatever you are struggling with, I provide a safe, confidential, therapeutic space where you will be listened to with compassion, empathy and without judgement. Trusting someone new can be hard - I make every effort to help you feel cared for so that you can get the most of out therapy.
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years experience working with individuals with complex psychological, emotional and behavioural difficulties. I am trained in a range of theoretical models so that I can provide a flexible approach to suit your needs.
I offer a free 15 telephone consultation before committing to an in-depth face-to-face consultation where we can establish what you would like from therapy and what therapeutic approaches may be most helpful for you.
