I specialise in Person-Centred therapy, creating a warm, empathetic space for clients to explore their emotions. I support individuals from age 12+ facing anxiety, trauma, and difficult family dynamics, including survivors of domestic abuse and parents navigating loss. I also work with the LGBTQIA+ community and ADHD, adapting my approach to their needs.
