I primarily work with women affected by trauma or emotional overwhelm, including complex trauma (C-PTSD). This may include experiences such as bereavement and loss, childhood trauma, family issues or living with chronic illness. Whatever your situation, I offer a compassionate space to make sense of these experiences and support you in feeling more grounded, safe and in control, at a pace that feels right for you. 
I’m a qualified pluralistic counsellor offering a warm, collaborative approach. This means I don’t assume there’s one “right” way to do therapy. Instead, we work together to shape an approach that fits your needs, preferences, and current capacity. Some clients come wanting practical tools and structure; others want space to reflect and process.
In addition to ensuring you have a safe, non judgemental space to talk freely, I also have a wide range of strategies and resources up my sleeve that might help you achieve your goals and sustain any changes long term.
