Life can be wonderful in so many ways, and yet it can bring so many challenges too. Add into the mix parenting and neurodiversity and the world can become a confusing, overwhelming place. There are new dynamics, relationships to figure out and with emotions involved, this can become complicated. Whether you are parenting as a neurodivergent person or parenting a child who is, I can support you with a desire for more self-awareness, facing a difficulty or needing a space to share and reflect. Everyone should be able to have the space that they need, don't hesitate to ask about my lower cost rates.
I can offer the arts, talking therapies or a combination of both. The arts can be used for exploration and experimentation - any skill level, from experienced artist to someone led by curiosity. The space is yours to use it however is most useful. Together we will think about a focus to work on and take it at a pace that suits you.
I offer a non-judgemental space to share anything that feels right. Anything that needs to be said, and heard. The opportunity to creatively process life events or relationships that have become stuck and need a new way of thinking about. Everyone has something that they find difficult and it’s ok to need help with processing this.
