Hello, my name is Ashleigh and I'm an integrative counsellor. My passion is empowering people to find peace with their past and navigate life's challenges in the present. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster real change and give you back ownership of your life. My integrative approach is based on viewing clients as individuals and drawing on different aspects of counselling theory to find the best way to work with each client. The therapeutic relationship is at the heart of what I do and together we can work towards your personal goals for therapy.
