Hi, I’m Ash, the founder of Sonder Therapies, based in Frome.
Deciding to reach out for support can be a difficult but significant step and Sonder Therapies was created with that in mind.
Sonder is the recognition that each person, from strangers on the street to loved ones in our lives, has a complex and meaningful story as vivid and complex as our own. This word captures my approach to therapy - a deep commitment to seeing you as a unique individual with your own experiences, dreams, and challenges. It is a reminder that healing often grows from understanding our connections to others and the world around us.
Healing is personal and I believe that accessing therapy should be convenient, flexible, and supportive of your unique needs. I offer online therapy to allow us to connect wherever you are, and in-person therapy in Frome. I also offer walk and talk sessions (Nature Therapy) for those who may benefit more from being outside and connected to nature.
Therapy is a powerful space to explore and understand the narrative that shapes you.
