I use a number of different modalities in my work, according to individual need. These include, Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing. I offer a confidential, warm and non-judgemental space, where I am dedicated to ensuring the very best of care for you.
