I'm Sam, an Art Psychotherapist using creative expression as a tool to help support you to manage difficulties in you or your child's life. I use art as a way to support the exploration of these difficulties and help express the emotions related to this. I have worked in the NHS with complex mental health issues, as well as mainstream and SEN education. I specialise in working with a range of neurodiversity. Art therapy is suitable for most people and all ages and difficulties regardless previous art experience and skill. We use a wide range of materials and different forms of creative expression.
I utilise the creative expression to build together a world that we can explore in a gentle and Non-Judgmental way without any pressure to make art. The wonderful thing about arts therapy is the way it adapts to support the needs of each individual person in therapy.
