You may have been suffering for a while or perhaps something has happened recently to upset and disrupt your life. You need someone safe to turn to with your feelings, someone who is not going to judge you or feel burdened by your needs. You want to work things out and feel supported. Together we can explore, understand your situation, build on your strengths and increase your capacity and confidence.

I am a counsellor with over 26 years of experience helping people reduce anxiety, stress, depression and unhappiness. I tailor my approach to meet your needs. Research shows that the most important thing for counselling to be helpful is a good rapport and partnership between counsellor and client. I bring warmth, compassion, humour, calmness and sensitivity.
Needing help and support is not weak, it is human. Seeking support is a sign of strength. I have a wide range of experience including parenting, bereavement, depression, long-term monogamy, polyamory, divorce, self-employment, workplace burnout, choosing sobriety, queer and trans living and being a proud member of the LGBTQIA community.
