Shaped by my lived experience of late-diagnosed dyslexia and ADHD, I have a particular interest in supporting late-diagnosed or self-identifying neurodivergent clients, couples navigating difference and communication challenges.
My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis, a relational approach that helps us understand how early experiences shape the ways we think, feel, and respond in the present.
For those seeking an alternative approach, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy is available in Strathyre, combining therapeutic work with the presence of horses in a natural setting.
