I’m a pluralistic counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and COSCA membership. What this really means is that I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I work with you to find the style, pace, and direction of therapy that feels right for your life and your experiences. I draw from person-centred work, CBT, psychodynamic ideas, and creative methods—but the heart of our work will always be you and what matters to you.
People often come to me when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn next. I have experience supporting clients through cancer, bereavement, trauma, addiction, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and times of big change. My aim is to offer a warm, calm, and grounding space where you can talk freely and feel genuinely listened to.
I believe strongly in the power of a good therapeutic relationship. Together, we’ll build a space based on trust, compassion, and clear boundaries. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. We’ll explore what you need right now, what’s getting in the way, and what might help you feel more supported, more connected, and more yourself again.
