I’ve practiced as an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist since 2009 and mental health nurse for the past 20 years for the NHS and private sector. Both professions combined enable me to work with mild to severe mental health conditions. I have a special interest working with individuals from Black and Minority Ethnic communities and mixed heritage. I am BABCP accredited supervisor .
My approach is curious and collaborative. I will endeavour to tailor the course of treatment to meet the individual’s needs.
I work with low self esteem, depression, social, health and generalised anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) & body focussed repetitive disorders such as skin picking. My training also equips me to work with individuals with depression and anxiety in the context of chronic pain, diabetes mellitus and COPD
