I'm a qualified therapist working online, supporting adults facing anxiety, depression and low mood, anger, bereavement, low self-esteem, racism and discrimination, complex trauma, stress and sex and relationship problems - and I'm confident that, together, we can find a way forward.
I have worked with the ELOP charity in London and provided support within the LGBTQ+ service, and have lived experience of a cancer diagnosis and remission, attending boarding school, coming out and cultural conflict. You can trust that I will provide a safe and completely non-judgemental space for you.
You have the ability to find happiness and fulfilment, and this space is here for you to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. At times, you may find it helpful to see things from a different perspective, and I will support you in gently challenging your thoughts and feelings to help you gain clarity and understanding.
