Together we will use whichever therapy we feel will be of most benefit to you - such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you overcome your difficulties.
I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and have over 10 years experience working with a wide range of mental health difficulties. Providing support to those with emotional and mental health difficulties. I also provide clinical supervision to Psychotherapists and current trainee Psychotherapists at Exeter University
During our sessions we will explore how your problems developed and set realistic short and long term goals to aid your journey. We will explore how your thoughts and behaviours maintain your difficulties, look at ways to break the cycle and make positive changes. To help us do this there will be out of session tasks which will aid you to implement change
