As you know our mental health has a direct impact on our wellbeing which can be hugely detrimental. Together we will use research based therapy such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you overcome your difficulties.
During our sessions we will explore how your problems developed and set realistic short and long term goals to aid your journey. We will explore how your thoughts and behaviours maintain your difficulties, look at ways to break the cycle and make positive changes. To help us do this there will be out of session tasks which will aid you to implement change
