The idea of an ‘ideal client’ doesn’t exist to me as every person deserves the chance to receive therapy. I offer a warm and safe environment whilst gently challenging and encouraging clients to visit the deepest parts of their lives. My clients are given the chance to meet with a therapist who not only cares for their wellbeing but also cares for the person they once were and the person that they are going to be.
My approach is client centred, focusing on you, your childhood, your teenage years, your adult years and so on. My speciality focuses on meeting every version of you to understand the depth of who you are. I take a trauma focused approach, alongside EMDR, PCT and compassion focused therapy. I take a humanistic approach because being human is our superpower.
Our conversations and emotions can create ripple effects within us and when those feelings go unacknowledged, it’s easy to end up feeling alone or intimidated.
