As your therapist, I can guide & nurture you towards calm, self-confidence & change. We'll explore your history - generational patterns before & after your birth, your childhood, your relationships, any trauma’s, & find a holistic route to understand why you may respond to situations / relationships / yourself in the way that you do. Maybe you’ve heard of shadow work? How the unconscious parts of ourselves create both helpful & unhelpful patterns in our behaviour & relationships. I work from a therapeutic space in Clarendon Park, Leicester and I also offer zoom & walk-and-talk sessions at The Botanic Gardens in Leicester.
We may creatively incorporate spirituality, walking, nature, journalling, guided breathing & body work as part of your healing, if appropriate. I have particular experience in guiding clients through sexual trauma, feelings of being different or ‘other’, loneliness, low self-worth / self-esteem, traumatic childhood / relationship(s) and couples therapy.
I’ve worked with men, women & couples and can support and guide you towards opening up and relating in new and deeper ways to yourself, your partner(s), & your friends and family. My non-judgemental approach will take you from living fearfully to living with a self-belief, self-worth & self-confidence which will bring you peace and better relationships.
