Hi, I’m April, I know just how hard asking for help can be and it takes incredible courage.
Are you feeling unhappy, anxious or overwhelmed but not sure why?
If so, I offer a warm, accepting & non-judgemental space where you can talk freely & start to make sense of what you’re feeling..
Some of the issues I work with include bereavement, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity issues & relationship difficulties.
In a supportive & trusting environment, we’ll explore your experiences together; this will help to deepen your self-understanding, strengthen your emotional well-being & move toward the changes you hope to make.
Based near Worthing, West Sussex, I offer both in-person and online therapy to clients across the UK. I also work with LGBTQ+ individuals, and I am committed to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusivity.
I also offer specific support for individuals who have suffered any kind of religious or spiritual trauma, due to having personally experienced this.
In our initial session, I'll enquire as to why you are seeking therapy and what you would like to achieve from this.
