I'm a qualified counsellor (BA (Hons), Diploma &MBCAP) with experience supporting people with emotional issues & mental health problems, face to face, online & over the phone. I work with adults with issues like anxiety, depression, relationship & work challenges, bereavement, loss, grief & more. Reaching out can be difficult, but I'm here to support you.
I provide a confidential, safe, non-judgemental and empathic space, and work from therapy rooms in Hampton Hill TW12, Twickenham TW1 and online. I offer both short and long term counselling.
