I am a qualified Counselling Psychologist with experience in private practice, specialist charities and the NHS. I am an integrative practitioner, which means I draw on different therapeutic models to tailor the therapy to you and your goals. Therapy should be a collaborative experience where we work together to enable you to become the person you want to be.
I have experience working with a diverse range of presentations and difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, depression, narcissism, addiction, relationship difficulties, etc. I offer a safe and reflective space where you can explore your inner and external experiences.
I am experienced with trauma informed therapy and have worked with various forms of trauma, including physical, sexual and emotional. I work with different therapies, such as CBT, schema therapy, attachment based therapy and person-centred therapy. I have experience with a variety of presentations, including depression, anxiety, living with ADHD, PTSD.
