I have experience with a variety of different issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, adverse life events, PTSD. I am experienced in trauma informed therapy and worked with experiences of domestic, sexual, childhood and honour based abuse. I draw on multiple theories including schema therapy, CBT, attachment and person-centred therapy.
