I am a registered and accredited psychotherapist with over two decades of experience of working in the NHS. I specialize in trauma and have EMDR and post qualifying training in Trauma Therapy. My approach is psychodynamic: this means that I work with the deeper underlying issues. Often, this needs more time and commitment.
