I have a gentle yet unique and sincere approach which has the ultimate aim of allowing you to unlock your own resources to help in achieving your potential and lead a more fulfilling, healthy, and satisfying life.
I believe passionately in the uniqueness and value of each individual as well as the importance of working together. Through my own life experiences and traumas I am able to provide empathy, connection and understanding towards clients living with the complexities of abuse, PTSD, CPTSD, grief, and mental health. I work with a trauma informed approach.
