Are you struggling with something difficult in your life and feel you would benefit from some support? Sometimes, childhood/adulthood life experiences can impact the way we live our lives, and affect our thoughts/feelings and behaviour. I know first-hand how overwhelming it can be when looking for a therapist. I am a qualified integrative therapist who also has advanced qualifications in helping and supporting individuals with Eating Disorders/Obesity issues, which I am very passionate about. I also help and support clients with anxiety/depression, confidence issues/self-esteem issues, stress, relationships and trauma-related issues
I can tailor sessions to your needs, provide a safe space for you to talk and explore your issues, provide psychoeducation around your issues, help you to build skills, and teach you techniques that you can use between sessions. I can help you with confidence and self-esteem issues, help with goal setting, and assertive training amongst other things.
My philosophy is that when you gain understanding it brings knowledge and with knowledge comes the power to make changes. I believe that you can make the changes if you have the right conditions in which to do so. I would like to provide the right conditions for you to make the desired changes to your life and help/support you to achieve your goals.
