I have been counselling children and adults since 2006, tailoring sessions to individual's requirements. I integrate various methods including CBT, person-centred therapy, therapeutic art therapeutic play, and creative techniques to provide personalised support for individuals from age 3 and up. I specialise in working with people who are neuro-divergent, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all my clients. I am an accredited member of BACP (British Accreditation for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and a RNIB accredited sight loss counsellor.
My tailored counselling sessions can help individuals manage and overcome challenges. Such as: Bereavement, Depression, Phobia's, Social Anxiety, OCD, Self-esteem, Trauma,Separation Anxiety including attachment difficulties. I understand and celebrate neuro-diversity, offering specialized support to individuals with diverse neurological conditions.
