As private practice and NHS practitioner, with a 20-year background in neuropsychology, I structure therapy around the needs of my clients. Using Trauma-informed practice I employ Evidence-based techniques such as CBT, ERP and EMDR, in conjunction with psychoeducation. Client-Centred approach is central to my therapeutic aim of growing self-awareness and offering clients a proactive involvement in their therapeutic process. My private practice is based in Derbyshire and virtually on Zoom, where in a confidential, safe and empathic environment I have been supporting clients from across the UK and Europe.
I work with individual clients and groups affected by complex trauma and PTSD (rooted in armed conflicts, physical or sexual abuse, childhood trauma), Anxiety disorders (i.e. OCD, phobias, panic attacks and GAD), depression, neurodiverse development and function (ASD or specific learning difficulties), as well as loss, bereavement and addiction.
Prior to commencing therapy I always conduct a free assessment screening, to better understand my potential client's issues, whilst offering you an opportunity to ensure that I am the right professional for your therapeutic journey.

Founded by Natalie Paul in memory of her son Kaiden. Who was born at 26 weeks and during his 69 days with Natalie for ever changed her life, inspiring her to set up Finding Rainbows to help people who, like her, have suffered the heartbreak of saying goodbye to their child. Finding Rainbows support anyone who suffered pregnancy, baby or child loss. Based in Tameside, Greater Manchester, supporting familied UK wide and works closely with other organisations in the community. Finding Rainbows, is managed by Natalie with a close-knit team of volunteers, providing unique and personal support to each individual client.
